Read the articles at http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/userblogs/vbykov/View.ssp under the category of Announcements Framework, but you will have to do a lot of translating to get this to work in Pharo. Also many advanced notes methods are missing from Pharo.
Skip the Announcement help notes in Pharo (click World Menu>Help>HelpBrowser), just a mish-mash, with no information about how to undo what the examples have you do.
